For new clients, we kindly request booking a meet and greet* session to introduce both you and your pets to our dedicated sitters. While we're flexible and open to virtual meet and greets on platforms like FaceTime or Zoom, we require an in-person meet and greet to ensure your pets' safety and comfort. The in-person meeting allows your pet to familiarize themselves with us while you're present, minimizing any stress responses when you're away.
For our valued regular and recurring clients, please provide us with a minimum of 72 hours' advance notice before booking our services. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes last-minute requests are necessary. Rest assured, we have software coming soon to streamline the booking process, but in the meantime, we'll continue to personally reach out to confirm appointments during the weekend before your scheduled services. Last-Minute Changes:
We do not penalize our clients for last-minute schedule changes.
Whether you need to cancel a day before your appointment or just 30 minutes prior to our arrival, there will be no cancellation penalties.
Notification:
We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible about any changes to your scheduled pet care appointment.
Please inform your friends and family members about our scheduled services to help prevent no call, no shows.
Back-Up Care:
If you have a backup plan in place to take care of your pets, you may cancel your appointment with us up to 30 minutes in advance without incurring any penalties.
Pet's Availability:
In the event that we arrive for a scheduled appointment and find that your pet is already out for a walk with someone else, a cancellation fee may apply.

At Pawpins Petsitting LLC, the safety and well-being of your pets are our top priorities. For new clients, we require booking a meet and greet* to introduce both you and your pets to our dedicated sitters. While we are flexible and open to virtual meet and greets as an initial point of contact we will be requiring an in person meet and greet to ensure your pets’ safety and comfort, but also our staff members’ safety and comfort. These meet and greets will start in a neutral area for dogs and in home for cats. These in person meetings allow your pets to get familiar with the people caring for them in your absence and it is paramount that your pets feel no discomfort when we come into your home in your absence to care for them. The in-person meeting allows your pet to familiarize themselves with us while you're present, minimizing any unwanted stress responses when you're away.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes last-minute requests are necessary. We now use the Time to Pet app that you will be using to book, cancel and pay for our services. Upon completing our meet and greet, you will be sent an email with the invite to create your and pets’ profile. Please fill everything out thoroughly, even the smaller details because no detail is too small or insignificant when it comes to your pets’ care and well being. You will have 72 hours to fill out your profile. Our working relationship cannot begin until you have done so.
For our regular clients, please give us up to 72 hours notice if you need services for daily walks and pop in visits. Additional charges will apply if services are requested later than that. For cat services, please contact us within 3 weeks of your travels so we can have plenty of time to accommodate your cats.
Notice: We no longer accommodate every other day/infrequent visits for felines. We require that the client book at least a daily 20 min visit everyday to ensure best care and safety of your feline friends. Cats need access to food, water and clean litterboxes to remain happy and healthy, and daily visits in your absence ensures exactly that.

Our priority is the well-being of your pets, and we aim to provide exceptional service while accommodating your needs
It is now only applicable for clients currently fostering through a 501c3 nonprofit rescue. Proof of fostering must be shown or rescue must coordinate care with us and the fosters. Payment will be agreed upon between Pawpins Petsitting LLC and Pet rescuing organization. All our other rules are still applicable to fosters as they are still our clients whether permanently or temporarily. We have hired employees and as such need to ensure they get paid properly for their work and continuing education in the pet care industry.
